Hi,
I just did my first 70.3 this month. Finished in 5h29. I was aiming for a sub 5:30, so I’m happy with it.
My swim was great (33min, the run was good (expected better, but happy with the result 1:45) but the cycling was hard. Wanted to do sub 3h, did exactly that (2:59:54) but killed the legs to achieve this.

How can I improve the cycling part? Would like to do a 70.3 in may, and a full ironman in September next year.

Thanks for all the help in advance

Meerwaarde belasting

Taxes & Fiscality

Beste

Telt de meerwaarde belasting enkel op het deel dat ik verkoop?

Ik beleg maandelijks in een ETF, ben niet van plan om de jongste jaren iets te verkopen.

Moet ik nu opt in of opt out doen?

Ik begrijp hier helemaal niets van.

Met vriendelijke groeten

Pensioensparen vs ETF

Bank & Savings

Hi, I (22m) started working 2 months ago, and my parents and colleagues told me to start saving in the pensioensparen. I did it because it seemed interesting with the 300 euros tax reduction, but after some research, I realized it may be worth to just buy an all world etf for the same amount, and have a (much) bigger profit in 45 years.

I wanted to know some other views and opinions on this, so that I could make the best decision for myself.

Thanks in advance

Starting Out & Advice

Just started working + investing

I am saving around 1k a month, and investing 166 euro’s/ month for the long run. (150 in SWRD and 16.6 in DFEU) My plan is to buy a house in 5 years, hence the lower amount in the ETF’s.

What would be your suggestion on this? Keeping this or change anything? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I (21m) just started working after graduating this year. I want to start investing 125€/month but don’t know to do it trough the KBC app or through BUX zero. I want to buy the S&P 500 on broker, or the biggest option on the KBC app.

I only start investing a small amount, because I am saving up all the rest so that I can buy a house in 4/5 years.

Thanks in advance

Hi y’all!

I 21m, need some advice in life. I will finish my degree in a few months, I already have a job where I will start in August, and I am so proud of this, and this means so much to me.

But whilst getting this degree, my gf of 2yrs dumped me because I was too busy with school, and had not enough time for us. This has made me feel terrible, and I just think I will be lonely for the rest of my life. She meant everything to me, and I lost her.

I don’t have lots of friends, but the ones I have, are amazing. I don’t like partying, or going out. I practice a lot of sports, ..

Now I still life with my parents, and I just feel a little bit lost with everything.

Thanks for taking time t

Seeking Advice

Hi,

So I (21 m) just signed my first ever contract in the emergency department in a university hospital. I have had a 3 month internship in another ED, and I loved it. Now I got to say I am pretty stressed to start (in August) still need to finish 2 months of school. I don’t have enough experience to work on my own in the field, I have a good theoretical background, and my techniques are also good, but I just don’t have the confident to do this all alone. What’s your advice on this? What can I expect from them, and what will they expect from me?

Thanks
