Hi, would love some advice from here. First time buying a luxury bag used and I have my eye on a Celine micro belt bag. What have everyone’s experience been? And is it really authentic? I see a few that is questionable. For example, the micro size does not come with the bottom bag feet (protectors) yet I see it on a few of the listings and it just looks worn and sloppy. Yet description still says authentic. I would prefer not to send $2K on a bag that’s fake.

Help me out and tell my your experience

I tried purple VP, which helped with mobs and keep my lives until last boss, then I’m dead within seconds. I tried red bat and barely got thru with the mob before the last boss. Yellow kunai, not making it with that last mob so can’t even see how it does with the last boss. For those who did beat this stage, what’s your set up? Also, what’s the love for kunai? I get it in the beginning but in latter stages, it just feels like not powerful enough for mob control. Does it need to be upgraded to red to be effective?

Hi all,

So back when I knew nothing about anything finance, I brought a Global Index Universal Life insurance policy from my brother, who is an insurance broker. Every month for the past 10 years I been paying $165 for a mere coverage of $275K.

What are my options here? What information should I even be looking at to help me make the best choice? Help please!

I'll start.

I'm 40 in HCOL area of NYC. My goal is to retire at 53, tho these days I am very tempted to just throw in the towel but 2 young kids and an anxious personality, probably not going to happen. I currently have about $1.7M mix in investable/liquid assets (cash, retirement and taxable accounts). I have a few properties that are thankfully worth much more than I purchased for.

In 13 years, my goal is to have $3.5M in investable assets and live off of cash out refi on my investment properties, until I can start to withdraw from my retirement funds and SS.

I don't know how I got here, but I did. I stopped weighing myself when covid happened and let myself enjoy life..... through good food a bit too much.

I finally stepped on the scale in December.. Holymooooo... 207lbs! I'm 5'4. Anyways, I got myself in gear, started going to the gym 3-4x a week. My weight wasn't budging, I'm probably still assuming too much food. So I went OMAD and cut out lunch.

After about a month, I am at 197 today. I wish the progress was faster but if I'm being honest with myself, I haven't been the strictest. I'm very likely eating too much at dinner, I'm so full. Sometimes dinner is 2 hours; sometimes its too close to bedtime; sometimes I eat 2 meals on the weeke

Hi all! Long time lurker first time posting here. I hope this is allowed but I’m wondering if anyone can share their experience after hitting their goal weight with OMAD? We’re you able to maintain? I keep reading conflicting resources that this can cause a slow down in metabolism, mess it up, you’ll find it all back. Then I find others that say it’s about the calories, so won’t slow down metabolism, the eating window help with insulin management and all that.

Basically I would love to hear maintenance stories and if meal plans are any different when dieting vs maintaining, ie more calories.

I got a text at 4am. Water has been flooding my ground floor apt. I’m tired of being a landlord. It’s really non-stop even when you hire a property manager and I have one of the best. I purchased my duplex 8 years ago and it’s one thing after another year after year. Non paying tenants, main sewer line break, another crappy tenant, tenants not getting along, tenants that are so high maintenance.

I’m just wanted a quiet holiday. I’m so exhausted today.

ETA - thanks for everyone’s comment, esp those that can relate. Sometimes you just want a moment to vent. People can still love what they do, what they have, and still complain when it’s been one of those days. Oh, I didn’t make it clear, we

Hi all, I been at my current corporate job for 2 years now. All my reviews are great and our final year end review is coming up soon in October. How do you bring up money to your manager? I was told to ideally mention this before the year end review but i don’t know how. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
