Hi all, I’m new to networking and newer to Ubiquity.

I don’t want server equipment, and I like what the UDM offers, but it’s 5 years old and not sold on their website anymore, and doesn’t have WiFi 6/6E/7 support. I also read on some posts here it might not be supported by Ubiquiti anymore.

I was thinking about getting a UCG Ultra, and a AP U7 Pro. Sorry for the stupid question, but is this a valid configuration? And beyond that, does this make sense for my needs?

Hello, I have a coding problem that I would like some advice or thoughts on. Essentially, I have

• 3 different queries (results are for 3 different things, only crossover between them is that they are constructed in similar ways with a create temp table, a single select statement, and a drop statement)
• some have a subquery that is static
• some have a dynamic subquery that repeats N times for N passed fields (with its own dynamic selects and joins)
• variable numbers of field names can be passed, so the string being passed to the query needs to be dynamically created
• some select statements and join statements have aliases (I.e. “select a.field” or “on a.field =b.field”) so the dynamic s

hello, yesterday my phone stopped charging. tried different outlets and 3 different (brand new) cables, no luck. wireless charging was fine so im convinced its a hardware issue. force restart/ recovery did not help and actually made my touch screen unresponsive for a few power cycles?

anyway, ive resigned myself to a genius bar appointment. i have apple care plus so i'm not super worried about repair/replacement. but one thing i do not want to happen is for them to try and update the software as a troubleshooting step. either

1. updating the software does not work, and the device is repaired/replaced, in which case i probably lose my jailbreak
2. updating DOES work and i lose my jailbreak :

Basically, the title. I’ve gradually updated my rig piece by piece over the past 3ish years and everything’s been fine until just recently when I upgraded a lot of parts at once (and I sold my used parts so I couldn’t use them to troubleshoot what’s going on :/ )

So here’s the issue. Every so often (probably a few times a day now), while using my PC it will freeze. When this happens:

• Cursor will not move
• keyboard not responsive
• even the system clock in the task bar does not move
• lasts anywhere from a few seconds to a few mins
• most of the time the fans ramp up like crazy when that happens, sometimes they don’t
• I’ve also noticed some weird artifacts on the screen that I don’t quit
