Their policy is no refunds once you look at the key. No refunds if the game is region locked and you can't use it. If you don't like the game there is no store credit. If you made a mistake in your purchase you get nothing. Companies such as this need to change and be more friendly towards their customers. Whether you choose to save a dollar or two with them on a sale is your choice but I won't be shopping there again.

If you know of a better place to take my business with a more relaxed pro-consumer refund policy then please post their name. I know Wingamestore is one while Amazon.com is just as restrictive.
