Signed up to Toob a while back and have been happy with it, so sharing the refer-a-friend link in case anyone's in a covered area and shopping around.

The offer: £25 gift card (Amazon, M&S or John Lewis) once you're on the 900 Mbps 18-month home broadband package and the service has been live for 14 days.

£100 off your energy bill

Bills are going up again, so I've been shopping around. Fuse Energy are new and currently undercutting most of the big names — when I checked on MoneySavingExpert their 24- and 18-month fixed deals came out cheaper than Octopus and Eon, and that's before the referral credit.

If you switch using my code you get £100 credit on your account, and I get the same.

Getting a quote takes a couple of minutes — put your address in on the Fuse site or app and see what comes back. If it beats your current tariff, create

My brother runs a small estate agency 5 employees including him, nothing big.

The actual selling/renting was never really the bottleneck. It was everything else — answering the same enquiries, booking viewings back and forth over email, following up on leads that had just gone quiet because nobody had time to chase them. Stuff that isn't difficult, just constant. It was eating into the time they actually needed for clients. That's exactly the kind of work OpenClaw is built for.

Started small — it would draft replies, agents would check and send. After a while they stopped changing them. Now for the simple stuff it just goes on its own: answers basic questions, figures out budget and timing

It seems OpenClaw is currently the new craze out there in AI world and hence why I am writing this tutorial for the Beelinks competition.

OpenClaw

So what is OpenClaw?

OpenClaw is a personal AI assistant you run on your own devices. It answers you on the channels you already use. It can speak and listen on macOS/iOS/Android, and can render a live Canvas you control. The Gateway is just the control plane — the product is the assistant.

This is what the GitHub repository says. If you are still confused, it just means it is a personal assistant that you can host in your computer to do tasks for you, such as reply automatically to emails, chase clients for payments, find new clients
