Welp, I think the Hobbit has officially put the nail in the coffin for me and my Magic days.

I joined a few years ago and have really enjoyed playing and buying Magic, but recently I’ve been a bit more financially conscious and trying to budget things.

So I saved up all year for the Hobbit and got enough money saved that I figured I could buy a prerelease, a bundle, a set box, and a collector box and maybe if I stretched myself this month I could get even more!

… I couldn’t even afford a collector box with what I saved. A collector pack is coming up on $100! I passed by a game store and wanted to go buy a collector pack (it was my anniversary so I wanted to splurge), but I just can’t j
