Hi guys. I have no idea where my room is for tomorrow and I wondered if anyone can help. I’m in room n56b, so I’m guessing this is on floor 5?? And the room name is 6b?? I’ve never been above the main areas in newton and I don’t wanna end up somewhere where I don’t belong 🫣😂

Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi guys, I have an exam tomorrow but I have no idea where my room is. It’s called 229 Adams, but I’ve never heard of any room having Adam in it, so I’ve got no idea where it is. I’m assuming it’s on floor 2 though, but the elevators are confusing I’ve heard. Like you have to get in a specific one for a specific place?? Idk. As you can see I’m hopeless at knowing my bearings pls help

Car distances

"How do I..." / driving queries

This may be an obvious answer but when your sat in traffic is there a certain distance from the car you should be?? I know you shouldn’t be so close that your on their tail and should keep some distance but can that distance become to far?? I’ve noticed that I tend to leave like a car length between me and the car infront in traffic whilst everyone else seems a lot closer. I have my test coming soon and don’t want to get minors on things that could be avoided.

Driving alone

Anxiety / Nerves

My instructor thinks it would be beneficial if I start driving on a car outside of his and our lessons, however I’m nervous since there will be no dual controls and no one making sure I don’t mess up badly. How did you overcome this??

EDIT: Ignore the title I didn’t mean totally alone I would still be supervised, I should have made that more clear lol

Gears

Help with my instructor

I was wondering at home many lessons it takes for you to do the gears on your own. I’ve done 13 lessons and my instructor is still telling me when to change the gears, but my friend who’s done less lessons is doing it on her own. Is it just a personal thing and people learn at different paces or should I be concerned??

Stringy hair

Help needed

Hi does anyone know why my hair looks stringy and how to fix it?? My hair is slightly wavy and thin and separates giving it a stringy look, unless I brush it but that only works for a short while. I’ve had this basically all my life
