Is news that I would like to see this week.
I've been fighting this boss for hours now and it feels like it has pushed what is acceptable as fair even for a souls game. After many hours, I can now do the two initial death blows pretty much every time without issue and often with my healing gourds fully in tact. However I just can't do the second phase with the lighting. It feels really unfair to feel like I've actually improved as a player only to be punished by having lighting thrown at me that feels way too hard to avoid. I just want to progress to the next area of the game but I'm stuck in this overly indulgent second round which feels like the need for skill becomes irrelevant in favor of pure luck.

He's in a small cave which makes the camera mess up constantly so I can't see what is happening, he backs me into corners that I literally can't escape from so he just pummels me to death. I've completed every other souls game other than Sekiro, and I found them all relatively straightforward, there hasn't really been another boss where it took me more than a couple of tries to beat them.
Twin Princes is just another story, and I don't see people talk about their difficulties much so I think it may just be me. But I cannot even get close to beating them. I've put in 10 hours, hundreds of attempts, I've respec'd, I've taken a break and completed the entirety of bloodborne and come back.
Not only that, but the main issue is that I can barley even get past the fir
