I have an apt that I don’t stay at very often, but nearly every time I am there I notice that the toilet seat is up like a man just used it. I am a woman, so unless I am cleaning it there is never a reason for the seat to be up. I also experienced a clogged toilet that brought up a baby wipe after plunging. I keep baby wipes around for my dogs, but I have a bidet and have never flushed a wipe down the toilet. I feel like I’m going crazy here- I check that the seat is down every time I leave and it is almost always up the next time I am there. We aren’t allowed to have doorbell cameras, but I got one anyway to put inside my apt and am looking for some type of tamper sticker for my toilet seat

How are y’all feeling?? How is the new scheduling going? Are you pulling the wet rack three times a week? How are your scorecard walks?? What’s your labor like? Are you actually finding the time to submit the MOSST tickets for all the issues that desperately need feedback?? Are you actually passionate about the daily work list?? Do you feel like we are focusing on the wrong stuff? Are you having an identity crisis because you aren’t allowed to listen to your gut or make any merch decisions in your “own” department?? I feel like I am drowning on an island and I need to know if other people are struggling with these feelings.

Covid policy

Question

Does anyone know what the Covid policy is with the new attendance policy? I know it hasn’t been paid in over a year, but I can’t find anything recent/relevant on Innerview.

Labor cuts

SpoilerDiscussion

Can someone in store/upper leadership shed some light on this? It feels so cruel to be slashing everyone’s hours not only at the busiest time of the year but also the time when TMs are spending hella $ and need their full paychecks. Is the goal to make us quit? We are chronically behind. I’m at the point where doing admin at home is the only possible way I will get it done. That’s absolutely not a solution, but what is the end goal here? Please don’t come at me with the “it’s a job clock in do what you can don’t hustle for the man” speech- I actually like my job and really care about my team that I spend a huge portion of my waking hours with. I have been a relative koolaid drinker for the n

My store (and surrounding stores) used to carry these four packs of tiny vegan pudding/mousse cups. Salted caramel and a dark chocolate flavors on the dairy wall with the other refrigerated puddings. Everyone has stopped carrying them and I feel cookoo because I can’t remember the brand and can’t find them anywhere online. Does anyone know what I’m talking about/know the name of them??? Lol the cups were comically small but so good!
