I was recently asked to host a class (max 20 people) teaching them how to quil. How did you go about organizing your class? How did you know how many supplies to get?
Apparently there is a more extreme version of morning sickness and I got it. At first I would throw up randomly and the nausea would go away. I would still be able to eat and drink just fine. Then I’d have days where I thought it was going away! But then it came back with a vengeance. For the last week/ week and a half it’s been pretty severe. I barely get enough in me to keep down my prenatals and probiotics. I get a 3 hour window of relief when I take unisom and b6. I eat and drink what I can before it makes me fall asleep. My dr just prescribed me three meds she wants me to take all together. Reglan (pill), Promethazine (suppository), and scopolamine (patch). Has anyone tried any of these
Has anyone experienced this? I sent my unity bloodwork in for the NIPT testing. With what I sent they were able to determine gender and the carrier screening. But I got a call today from my clinic saying unity needs to redraw to get more blood because “they didn’t have enough for what they needed”. I’m told this is no indication that anything is wrong. Just that they need more.
I just had a miscarriage in May. Found out I was pregnant in July. Today I am 8 weeks. Last night I saw some dark red discharge and had some bloating. I immediately panicked. Full panic attack. It doesn’t feel like it felt last time but I’m terrified cause I know it could be anything. And I know people lose them all the time without any sign. So now I’m sitting in the ER while my husband is at home with our kid. We rather just pay the ER copay and have assurance. Our first appointment isn’t for another week. I pray I’m just paranoid and I can see my baby soon!
I was 6 weeks 2 days when I had my miscarriage in May. I am pregnant again and tomorrow I will be 6 weeks 2 day. I’m absolutely terrified it will happen again just like before. I’ve been feeling some light pressure and bloating lower. Not as extreme as before. And I know it could literally just be from the pregnancy but there is just no way of knowing. If you had multiple miscarriages, did they happen in the same time window? Or was each experience different?
I had my miscarriage May 16 of this year. I was just shy of 7 weeks. We had been trying for a year. It was a huge loss. I got my period in June. We tried again. I was supposed to take the test on the 20th but just could not sleep. So I took it 2 am on the 19th. Clearly I was surprised to see a positive test. It felt like torture waiting a whole day before I could call my drs office. They immediately started me on progesterone. I honestly don’t know how to feel right now. I want to be excited and positive and allow myself to celebrate. But I’m in a constant state of fear. And I’m still grieving. And I feel guilt? For my loss. Right now I’m just allowing myself to feel it all. I feel a little
I had my miscarriage in May. Had my first period in June. It was really rough. We are ttc again. I’m nervous to take the test. Part of me is hopeful but worried if it is positive. Worried about losing another one. Another part of me is worried it’s isn’t positive. I’m still grieving but still want a baby. It’s such a complicated feeling.
I miscarried on May 16th. So it’s been 2 months. A couple days ago I just couldn’t stop thinking about “sweet pea”. And little by little I felt heavier and heavier. Now I just feel like I’ve been consumed by darkness. Like I have sunk to the deepest part of the ocean.
When I miscarried so much was going on. The day it started (I just didn’t know) was my kids pre k graduation. And the day we told my family I was pregnant. The next morning I saw the blood and went to the er. They confirmed it. Luckily my mom came and took my kid so we could have a day to collect ourselves. I feel like I went into recovery mode. I did what I always do, I just pretend things are ok and focus on the positives f
Did it feel kinda weird? Ya. But did it feel good to stay accountable? YES! My biggest fault with weight loss is not holding myself accountable. Before I would not calculate the calories for a meal I ate out. If I over ate I would not add it and deem the day as a failure, then allowing myself to eat more because the day was already “ruined”. I would have a whole cheat day rather than a meal or treat. If I lost track of a day I would wait until a Monday to “start over”. Lots of excuses.
But now I’m hoping to break that habit. I calculate everything. I plan meals ahead of time so I know exactly how much I can have. If I over eat, no worries! I add it to my next days calories. So I just have
Originally we were going to announce the pregnancy at the reunion since we would all be together. I would have been about 2 1/2 months along. Still early but we were optimistic. No one there knows we were pregnant or had a loss. Two things I’m worried about.
- seeing my baby nephew. My sister in law has a baby. I am so excited to meet him. I truly am. And I’ve been trying to go out and see babies/ pregnant women in public to kind of desensitize myself to it. And I’ve done well. BUT hearing them cry just breaks me. I’m worried I will just start sobbing. They completely would understand if I told them what happened but I just don’t want to make it a topic when we are all there to reunite. My
