In the new patch, one of the new patch notes in quest and story improvements states this:

Phantom’s exclusive script for the '[Limina] As Decreed' quest will be updated.

If I remember correctly, As Decreed is the ending cutscene quest after you beat Black Mage in story mode. This includes the small conversation between the player and Orchid. I'm bringing this up because I remember this being represented as a story issue during the KMS conference a year ago, how phantoms exclusive script between him and Orchid is really bad in Korean.

I want to know what changed, both in Korean and in the Global server.

With Update 23.10: Chimera launching on consoles, it is a great time to remind users to use spoiler formatting in titles and comments.

As noted in the rules page, spoiler formatting is enforced for lore/story spoilers and quest-related mechanics.

It's simple. In order for a post to fall within our guidelines it must include all of the following:

• Either:
• ADD [Spoiler] AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SUBMISSION TITLE OR
• FLAIR YOUR POST AS "SPOILER" (only available during the period of active spoiler formatting enforcement)
This gives it a clear indication that a text/link post contains spoilers.

I just 16 starred a Wings of Fate to try to transfer it to my Absolab, but it doesn't show up in the transfer hammer menu.

Does Transfer Hammer just not work on Wings of Fate? Did I just waste my meso?

However, we hope that if a new or returning player asks about the lore, users will still use comment spoiler formatting or tell them to do all the quests first.
