Running through Cornwall Park (Auckland) tonight I came upon a big fancy camper van parked on the wrong side of the road and strangely far out from the curb. It had it's headlights on and pointing in my direction so I was blinded approaching it and could only make out anything just as I was passing to see a guy fervently sorting something out under the van before ducking back inside rather sheepishly. Odd. Then the horrendous smell hit me and I saw the chunky wet patch leading to the stormwater drain he was parked next to. Motherfucker.
I got his registration number but it drove off before I could get back up to the cab.
Any ideas on who this should be reported to? I've found the regular
