Firefly Needs to Come Back on Kinetic Weapons

Bungie Suggestion

Forsaken is a massive step in the right direction for Destiny 2, but many weapons are still just not that fun to use. One of the most exciting and enjoyable perks in D1 was Firefly, and its replacement, Dragonfly, really just isn't the same. It does a lot less damage, has a smaller blast radius, and doesn't look anywhere near as aesthetically pleasing. After getting a taste of old-school Firefly in the form of Ace of Spades, it's really making me miss all my Firefly guns from D1. Once Age of Triumph came around the only primaries I ever used were Fatebringer, Tuonela SR4, Genesis Chain, and Smite of Merrain-- all guns with Firefly. Bungie has made great strides in bringing back Destiny's fun

Scorched is a Ton of Fun

Discussion

Nice job with Scorched, Bungie! It's some of the most fun I've had in Destiny PvP in a long time. It reminds me of some of the more out-there game modes in Halo like Griffball, Infection, Oddball, Ricochet, Race, etc. I hope Scorched at the very least gets added as a weekly rotating playlist and that Bungie continues to add more of these "silly" modes.

[META] Subreddit Updates Going Into Destiny 2

Pinned

Greetings Guardians!

As I'm sure many of you are aware, this subreddit has been relatively inactive recently. This inactivity is also apparent in our moderator team. Many of the mods have left the team and others have simply not been active on reddit at all for quite some time now-- including the sub's owner. We are unsure what we're going to do moving forward as inactive mods need to be removed and we would like to consider bringing on some new mods to help with the likely influx of traffic Destiny 2 will bring. Unfortunately, none of the remaining mods have privileges to add and remove moderators and we are currently unable to get in touch with the owner. Stay tuned for updates in moderat
