Is there anything at all I can do to stop these from spreading? I lost a lightining rod due to it one of these.

I've been thinking about it and I realized don't really like her wearing anything but jeans when going out because of the thought of her getting attention, even when we go out together. When she tries using skirts or dresses I usually tell her to change to jeans. And when thinking about it, it seems that this is a BP behaviour and that I'm getting jealous. Should I stop caring too much about that? Maybe the answer is obvious, but I think it's better asking your opinion.

I've been reading about the Red Pill for over three years and I've been making some changes on me and on the outside, slow, but existent. One of the things I've been trying to change for the past three weeks is presenting my 3-yr GF with some red pill thought and maybe turning her into a RPW.
