If you start a "New Game" does it add an additional save or replace your existing one?

There's a puzzle on the West side of Bleeding Mark, is there a reward somewhere in it?

It has the typical crates and pulling beams down, but I don't see anything after jumping around there.

Only you will understand.

Microsoft sent me a replacement controller. I start using it, get up for a water refill, and when I come back my character is running on screen. The heartbreak :(

Lucky, I have Ol' Trusty 6 year old Xbox One controller.

Last week I was gifted a Subscription by a viewer in a new channel I visited. Today, I noticed the subscription was gone (badge, emotes).

Does that mean it was canceled or did I do something?
