Five is the half way point.

To round up means to assume that 5 is closer to 10 than it is closer to 10, BUT ITS NOT. ITS THE HALF WAY MARKER.

It should be a mathematical law that it's simply not applicable to judge a digit [n + 1/2] closer to [n + 1] than to [n].

If you want to round up or down use a base that has an odd amount of numbers. Like base 9.

Every dollar you spend has a part of it going to build someone's wealth. If you're living paycheck to paycheck paging rent you're getting hustled big time. Look up the profit margins for every line item on your spending sheet, it will surprise you how much of your own labor is making others richer. Every greedy business owner is able to build wealth off of your hard work so go out there and hustle the money they hustled out of you back.

Starting in kindergarten kids should be learning about basic survival. You start with basic safety relating to falls, scratches, and burns. You teach basic first aid. You teach kids about the word no, about respect, and what to do if someone hurts them.

But also learn about things like how eating good food and drinking healthy water and exercise makes life more fun.

At some point somebody started lying to someone and I’m just curious about who started lying and who started to take those lies as the unverified truth.

Tried to bullshit my way into getting orders quickly. It worked. The restaurant prioritizes my orders faster than before. All I had to do is tell them a regular customer orders from there cause my food bag keeps it hot.

Parents just dumped their kid on the side of the road and told him to stay there until someone picked him up. It was a good hour and a half before the police showed up. I know time is money in our gig, but what else would you do?
