Hi all. I’m hoping that I can lay out the details without being too confusing.

We applied through our paternal grandfather who was born in Ireland 1880. He emigrated to USA in 1901. His first wife died after 3 children in 1909. He married his 2nd wife (Mary) in 1912.
Mary had been born in Ireland & emigrated to USA in 1911. She is my paternal grandmother. My father was born in NJ in 1927, the 4th & last child for Mary and making a total of 7 children for GF.

All of my 4 sisters & many paternal cousins (as my father was the 7th child & most of his siblings had 1-4 children each) knew this as we were growing up.

We gathered all documents, assembled our packet and sent it over, email

I’m trying to add the baby alpacas that are available today but it keeps saying that “all houses are full “. Yet I don’t see any extra houses to buy and no upgrades seem to be available. Just able to feed the ones I have now.

Just as the title says— woke up today and tapped on the box for the 20 diamonds for completing the global event with the ghosts. That’s when I realized I now only have 57 diamonds. Getting the 20 should have taken me over 400.

So in the space of about 6 1/2 hours, a lot has changed. I’ve sent support a message and hope they can quickly restore them.

How do I get back to the application again to add my credit card info? Do I fill out another application and make sure I include it? Do they even know that I exist if I didn’t pay? Can I call somewhere and try to clear this up? Or email? I’m in USA.

I did read the wiki’s so I’m sorry if my questions are redundant. 1: I live in southern NJ and am almost finished gathering all my documents but having concerns about making sure that all requirements are met the first time. I’ve been to CVS and I thought that even though they entered Irish passport requirements, they looked too cropped-practically head only, so I didn’t buy them. 2: My grandfather was born in 1880 so even though I can’t get a death certificate it’s reasonable to think he dead. Right? If a letter that I write will suffice then I should get my signature notarized?

Does anyone in have any guidance for me?
