This idea keeps nagging me for quite some time. With a tracked mini ex that tears the soil and is pretty much unusable on hardscaped surfaces I keep thinking about either getting or modifying a mini on wheels, preferably nice beefy balloons (definitely not a backhoe though).

They're not popular, especially at 1.5 - 3 ton range but Chinese made started to show up lately. Anyone has any experience with something like that?

As title says. It's post warranty and gearbox is fairly pricey. Has it been upgraded in any way or its the same and will die again?

As title says. Need something to work on my machinery (mini excavators, compact tractors etc). Price is right but the specs seem pretty low, or are they?

Considering I know it's limitations will it be ok?

I want to cheat a little and instead of shelling premium price for a proper laser level, buy just a laser detector. I have a chinesium Delphi tools 4D green laser that turned out to be far, far better than red Bosch and I would like to use it outdoors for some basic paving work. Unfortunatedly I can't find any specs for the Delphi laser to be able to determine what type of laser it is.

Is it even possible? If so, how do I find a proper one?
