Just being honest, I’m in one of those moods where I want conversation that has a bit of an edge to it. Not over the top, just enough to keep things interesting. I like when someone can be chill one second and a little bold the next. I’m not here for anything heavy, just good energy and a bit of tension if it builds that way. I tend to connect better with 25+ men, it just flows easier. If you’ve got a little attitude, come talk.

Most nights feel the same lately, so I figured I’d try something different and actually talk to someone new. I’m not looking for anything complicated, just a good conversation that feels easy and maybe a bit fun. I like when there’s a natural flow, some humor, maybe a little edge to it. I tend to connect better with 25+ men since conversations usually feel more balanced. If you’re in that range and also looking to change up your night a bit, I’m here.

I just got here in Phoenix and I’m planning a day where I can just explore without a plan. I like finding random places that end up being better than expected. Somewhere cozy, maybe a nice view, somewhere I can just hang out for a bit. If any 25+ men have suggestions or favorite spots, I’m open.

I am in a bit of a pickle.

My GF has an open TRV visa for Canada that's about 10 days shy of "Average processing time".

She just accepted a new job which is a 5 month contract as opposed to her current "no expiration" job. This job does have prospects after the 5 months, but it's simply how the industry works in terms of budgets and plans. It's a "dream job" sorta thing so the risk is more than worth it.

The new job doesn't start for another 8 weeks.

This does completely change our plans for when she would visit Canada, but with the response for the current application likely 1-2 weeks away, is it a smart choice to go and resubmit our itinerary and deal with this job change?

This is honestly one of the most enraging customer supports of my life.

I was offered a free taxi from the airport, which I booked and everything looked fine. I never received an email confirmation and nothing shows up on my account.

Want to submit a ticket? Provide a booking Id ... which I don't have.

Tried to call them, get an AI chatbot. Tells me to check my junk or visit customer service on the website ... which wants a booking Id. It then hangs up.

Every second has been beyond rage inducing that this reddit post is my best bet at figuring this out.

Fighting a big crucial war with attachments allowed. Siege a couple of provincial capitals down and piece out.

All the land I demanded goes to another ally of a very similar color. Turns out that MY stack with attached allies gave control to an ally. Ironman saves right after war concludes.

Words can't describe the joy I am feeling.

Started a campaign as Holland. One province ally with no fort calls me into a war. Allies one province gets occupied, half of my country is given up as part of the Truce. None of my territory was occupied, what gives? Is there some checkbox where I can block this?

I filled out everything seemingly correct, but the results just look wrong. I think I am doing something wrong.

General Overview:

I own a house by myself. I rent out 2 rooms to boarders whom have their own bathrooms, walk in closets, and in one case basically another room (Basement). Given that everything else is shared, i opted to list my "Personal Portion" as 1/3.

The revenue I generate from these 2 individuals is about $15K.

The Total Expenses i am able to claim is just under $30K (About half of that is interest on my mortgage). Even when removing the personal portion, the total "Expenses" are just under $20K.

This basically results in my income being dropped by $3.5K, which result

Just came back to the game and gave it a go. Last time I played was release when no DLC content was out.

Definitely had fun, but a lot of things seam ... "missing". I played as a long lost colony and eventually found the OG homeworld civilization. They were isolationist and xenophobic and just ignored me. Was very anti climactic to say the least.

All the DLCs are like $250 and with no subscriptions, I would def want to know how the experience is different.

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Primarily Gaming

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

Looking to be able to run the upcoming Hogwarts Legacy on max graphics (A bit arbitrary, I know)

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Would like so stay within $1K

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

Canada

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

My current GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

CPU: 12th Gen
