The Fujiwara Clan were an affluent faction within Japanese society, spanning from the world of the non-sorcerers, to the underbelly of curses. While their modus operanti focused on bringing factionless sorcerers into their lineage, to bolster their numbers with techniques and fighters, some techniques were inherent to their own, and most usually, they carried a theme:

The capabilities of the human body.

Evidenced in Copy, a technique which, through the consumption of flesh, permits the storage and subsequent usage of another's Cursed Technique; Even if this technique was only seen twice, in Yuta Okkotsu and Tokihira Fujiwara before him, it displayed the greater theme partially, through it

The thorough destruction of societal bases left many survivors of the event known as the Culling Game disparaged. Not all can rely on Cursed Techniques, simply given poor abilities, if at all, and not having any formal training, let alone enough stability to pick up those skills on the field.

Amidst the chaos, collectives of people formed. Pockets where some semblance of civility was recreated, beyond just shelters with draining resources and little production. One of them, Hikage, is welcoming by and large, but the lack of security with free usage of Cursed Techniques, combined with the young, unreliable leadership, turned away many from joining.

The Triumvirate, however, stands as its op

The event known as the Culling Game brought unmistakable scars across Japanese society. First it buried itself with ten colonies, which expanded into a barrier surrounding all of Japan's mainland, along with islands around it; Hokkaido is the only remaining safe zone. Within it, not merely were there reincarnated sorcerers, but also common humans, who awoke Cursed Techniques left buried within their unfitting brain systems.

A handful of these characters were familiar faces; Others, entirely new. With their newly attained strength, and with a determination to be someone better, they have, by and large, allied themselves with Jujutsu High, or one of its many accolades. If they make it out al

Jujutsu High, enduring a mixture of dissolutions and fusions in workload, location and student body, more often than not prompted by a gradual tightening of the hold by Kenjaku. The first year students, wide-eyed and still mostly unfamiliar with the darkness of the world around them, have people they can look up to one way or the other, excluding the handful of seniors, who, for one reason or the other, from criminality, dogmatism to a credo or an idol, or simple immaturity.

The post on the First Years was made when the majority of them, excluding the Fukuoka students Kairo, Saki and Rion, had already endured the bulk of their sorcery-based development for the time. As I originally explain

Throughout the eras, sorcerers have been touted and ranked by a couple of ancient masterminds. Splitting or not, their consensus usually remained the same; And to every Number 1, there is a Number 2. The second strongest, either replaced or never having reached the apex of their predecessors, lacking one trait or another, their positions might not be as illustrious.

But not even for a second, can any of them be ignored.

Within their eras, while some may have only had a local influence, or have been historically overshadowed by another, they still pose a threat much greater than their titles would entail.

The Culling Game uprooted Japanese society to a degree that cannot be undone in a quick process. From the transformation of the surviving population into sorcerers and the complete destruction of infrastructure, reforming any coherency is understood to be a near impossible task, let alone while the cataclysm is still ongoing.

However, factions of all sorts have sprouted. The Phantom Parade is no different. It acts under the same philosophy of the Culling Game. The weak either become strong or die, removed from power in death or mauling, this stack of cards of an organization functions almost solely on the respect from one member to another, all stemming from an upper echelon with sorcerers

Kokichi Muta, otherwise known as Mechamaru, could only briefly live with his family. At a young age, his Heavenly Restriction activated, and he was removed from a normal life in order to survive his continuously decaying body. This family, the Muta, were told that he had passed on.

Non-sorcerers from birth, all stemming from unimportant lineages, their latent potential was awakened by the Culling Game, entering them into the world that their eldest son was forcibly linked to.

Nevertheless, with the chaos of Japanese society's deterioration, these four succumbed to their desires kept at bay by the social pressures, and fully committed to different lifestyles and demeanors many would conside

Designed and initiated by Kenjaku, the Culling Games have altered the landscape of Japanese society, creating an environment that fosters the most savage of wills and objectives, in the process, creating strong sorcerers that couldn't have otherwise existed, or at the very least, developed in that same speed.

However, within the Culling Games, a number of people have discarded the individualism and instead cooperated, so small pockets of civilization and interpersonal relationships can once again sprout.

Disclaimer: This is a post based on the character of Usami, from canon JJK, and given proper flesh in a story of my authorship, JJK Minus One. In spite of the post giving context on him, the focus is on his Cursed Technique, therefore, I will be extrapolating techniques he doesn't necessarily have. Case and point, anything cited after the sixth paragraph is entirely speculative

Jujutsu Society as we know it possessed heroes and anti-heroes alike, sorcerers whose allegiance to the system was lesser than their desire to see the world a better place. Such is not the case for all of them. Not every sorcerer is a Kento Nanami,

SpoilerCursed Tool

This post pertains to a story by my authorship, named Jujutsu Kaisen: Minus One. Be aware of spoilers, otherwise, enjoy the concepts!

Throughout it's long and tumultuous history, the Zenin Clan has had in its possession not merely numerous Cursed Techniques (a byproduct of the adopted strategy of the defunct Fujiwara Clan), but also a large sum of Cursed Tools that resided in its arsenal.

While a number of these tools were stolen, after the Zenin Clan was exterminated by Toji Fushiguro, many have since been reacquired in efforts led by Naoya Zenin, one of the handful of survivors of the massacre.

To celebrate the one year anniversary of my original work, Jujutsu Kaisen: Minus One, I have decided both to give out some reveals on a rather interesting topic of the mythos around my work, but also follow-up on this sub after making three separate posts on Junpei's full technique (at the time, it's developed a bunch since then lol), a Curse User named [Hayai Ugoken](https://www.reddit.com/r/CTsandbox/comments/1dc9kla/possession_sorcery_a_thiefs_dream/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3x
