Howdy gamers!
I'm a game developer part of a tiny indie team of industry pros, creating a sci-fi FPS partially inspired by the cancelled game Prey 2 (2011), but designed for modern audiences.
We've made a survey to gather some market data to inform our development, and would greatly appreciate anyone filling it out and sharing it with their friends!
About Our Game:
Without saying too much, we're building a "neo-gothic" "alien-noir" Bounty Hunting FPS where
I yearn for the trenches.
At least a couple times a week anyway. Keen to discuss game development, movies/shows, Warhammer, DnD, regular nerdy things. Big into the arts and writing; used to work professionally in film & theatre.
Anyway, hit me up!
And sorry in advance if I don't respond to everyone who does.

We're huge cyberpunk and dark scifi fans, and we think our game will be something that this community likes.

Apologies mods if these aren't allowed - I didn't see it in the rules but I may suffer from mild blindness.
Thanks!

To have more than the required specs, a fast internet connection, perfect ping, and 0 issues in literally every other game, including past Battlefield titles, and still somehow get fucked over by time nudge, is unacceptable for a modern multiplayer game.
No matter how cool you make this game, if your players can't play it, it's a waste of money and I can't recommend anyone buy Battlefield 6 incase you end up getting screwed over by this crap networking.
If you are one of the people who should be able to play this game and you constantly have warning symbols popping up and unplayable lag regardless of server location, internet speed or specs, time nudge is the reason.
I'm unaffected by the weather and flooding and I live centrally, but we have blankets, food, etc, and I'd love to help people out right now if I can.

Kindred!
I've put together some GIFs for you all to use across the net!
Unfortunately Tenor has denied us from uploading them due to their content restrictions (except the Hello GIF), but please feel free to download and upload them to wherever you like!
Discord got these first, and we run monthly events that will earn users priority playtesting access for winning, so don't forget to join if you want to take part!

I'm in Oceania on 30 ping and 100fps and it's impossible to enjoy (my network speeds are fine).
Players teleport all over the place, I'm sliding all over the place when I stop inputting, smoke grenades have a 50% chance of exploding and sometimes it's like my camera is yet to catch up to the server as it'll completely lerp through some geometry, putting me in an entirely different place to where I think I am (i.e, outside a bus instead of inside).
I've no idea how else to troubleshoot this. It's just not playable.
My phone number is correct and everything (I am logged in on the phone app, so I could check), but I just never receive any texts from Twitch when it asks me to put in a code for my 2-factor when I try to log in on my PC. It's getting pretty fucking infuriating when I have mod-work to do and I can't even get into my account. Any suggestions?
Heard it through our window and went out to check but we couldn't see anything. Skidding and then some loud crashing. Had to have been super loud if I could hear it but not find it.
Recommendations for a different clinic?
This might be an odd question, but I absolutely hate the little rectangle plastic containers that curry is usually placed in - they're almost always leaking around the edges at the top in one way or another, an absolute pain in the ass to eat straight from, and it always creates a mess that I'm generally trying to avoid by ordering food.
I really love the bowls that donburi tends to come in as they have a much tighter seal around the lid, plus they are incredibly easy to eat from.
Are there any curry places in and around the CBD that, if I ordered delivery from, don't put curry in the flimsy rectangle containers?
They have no website or social pages and their address leads to a commercial/office building in the CBD. I know there is one place that has a ton of fake storefronts that they all sell shitty food from, but those all have a different address from MadDog.
