As far as I know, this wasn't the case until today's update. The last time I changed my accessories was 2 or 3 days ago so if it was, I never had to pay nor were they locked until now.
I read the patchnote and didn't see it mentioned but it could have been from a previous update that I might have missed.
The tiers are as follows :
Position : 0 Voxels
Rotation : 10 Voxels
Size : 50 Voxels
I'm RV9 for now but this will be my setup for a bit.
The only type missing is "scorching" but since at this point in time there is only one resource that requires it, I can just skip those orders.

Should I open a Riot ticket for that or are there issues with their servers and I should wait ? It has been about 6 hours already.

Hello, I'd like to hear your thoughts on what Premium/Nation you'd recommend going for in my situation.
For context;
- I have about 150 hours in the game and already have a couple months of Premium account.
- I have all the USSR tanks up to rank 5 and am currently grinding for the IS-3 (I don't have a premium that affects rank 5).
- I am in the middle of rank 4 for Germany (5/6 tanks researched and working on Tiger 2) that I was grinding with the Turm III but I got burnt out back then from only having one playable tank for so long which was why I switched to USSR.
I only play RB and have 3 premium tanks (German Turm III, USSR M4A2 and T-34-57) and 2 premium planes (German G.9
