Maybe I’m just bad, but I could swear that the CPU rubber bands like crazy in this game. I lost a 8-3 lead because the AI just constantly hits insane line drives resulting in one or more base hits. This happens with every freaking at bat. Every hit just so happens to go right where my fielders can’t reach it in time to make a play.

I’m not pitching with the intention of free hits. I use my pitches strategically and throw intentional balls, but it seems like it doesn’t matter in the slightest because the CPU either has perfect plate discipline, can foul every pitch I throw, or do what I described above.

To clarify, I’m playing simulation mode in all star difficulty, and I am NOT using dyna

Hey everyone,

I’m currently an accounting major sophomore, and I don’t think I’m doing too well with it. I had my first exam for Intermediate Financial I, and got a 91 on the multiple choice part, then later got a 69 on the open-ended.

And now I’m studying for my upcoming Managerial Cost Accounting class and I’m having a rough time with this stuff, I can’t seem to grasp a lot of it.

I feel discouraged cause I spend like three hours minimum each weekday after class to go over this stuff and do my homework.

Not to mention that I have three other classes that I need to devote my attention to, and a part-time job where I work 28 hours per week. It feels like I’m gonna need to devote all my

As the title says, sometimes my pitcher will get the ball after a weak contact at bat or something like that. But when I try to have him throw to a base to record and out, he does the animation but doesn’t actually throw it? Does anyone else have this problem? This has happened like three times in a single game and every time it resulted in a base hit that they normally would not have gotten.

Hello everyone,

I’m having a bit of a rabies scare and I would appreciate some advice from the medical professionals here.

This morning (around 1AM) I was walking around Waverly Hills Sanatorium participating in the night tour. On the fifth floor there is a colony of bats. During the tour my arm was hit by a bat that was flying around. In the morning I went to the ER because I’m concerned about possible Rabies exposure from the bat.

The ER nurse told me that no action was needed and that there would be a visible scratch/mark from the bat in order to transmit the virus.

The thing is, the CDC guidelines regarding rabies state that bats have tiny teeth and that the wounds they inflict may n

I was looking at MSN weather earlier when I saw that they were forecasting multiple 98F days for my area in late July, over three weeks away. For context, the average high for my area (Southcentral Kentucky) in late July is 89F, which would be a pretty significant heatwave.

Is this forecast worth paying attention to so early on? Are any other forecast models predicting this?

I absolutely love this game and have over a hundred hours poured into it.

That being said, I find the combat in this game to be occasionally frustrating, specifically sword and unarmed combat. I find myself playing very defensively when I’m fighting an opponent who is unarmed or wielding a sword. Purely due to the fact that I feel like I get master-striked way too often.

If I try to use a combo, it usually fails because the enemy either perfect blocks it or simply master-strikes me.

Is there something I’m supposed to be doing to avoid this? I’m pretty late game so pretty much every enemy is capable of pulling off these moves. I’ve also maxed out my sword and warfare skill and my other c

Let me preface this by saying I am not a meteorologist. I’m just a layman with some interest in meteorology.

I’ve been seeing a lot of online buzz about a potential “Super El Niño” brewing the last months. I’m not saying it couldn’t happen, but isn’t that considered unlikely by our models? Plus, isn’t it a little premature due to the spring predictability barrier?

All of the buzz seems to be centered around the ECMWF models which forecast high anomalies, but from what I’ve seen, most other models aren’t forecasting this high. Is the ECMWF supposed to super accurate or something?

It was just something I was curious about and wanted to ask the actual experts about. If I’m wrong about anyth

Hello everyone.

As the title says, I’ve been struggling with managerial accounting, pretty much since the beginning of the semester. I did pretty well in financial but this one is kicking my butt. I can’t seem to grasp any of the concepts.

My instructor is good, so I just think it’s me. I have four other classes besides this one that I also need to worry about, so I feel like I can’t give this class as much time as I’d like.

Am I cooked? I’d like to be an accountant but this is giving me second thoughts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone!

I’m a new flight simmer. I really like messing around in free flight with the all the planes and I’m thinking about becoming a pilot irl.

I’m working on the tutorial right now, and I’ve gotten A’s on every tutorial so far in the basic handling section.

Except for trim management. For whatever reason, I just cannot for the life of me seem to get my trim to where I want it to be. At lower RPM’s I can’t get it to make the plane level, it either pitches the nose too far up or down with no in between no matter how small adjustments I make.

I’ve turned off auto trim in the settings so I know it’s not that. I’m using a PS5 dual sense controller if it matters. Perhaps it’s just a

I’m newish to the EU franchise (around 30 hours of playtime), and am having a lot of trouble managing my economy and trade. I get so many alerts about how buildings are unprofitable, how I need more employees etc. I automated both in previous campaigns but I feel like I need to learn how they work.

Are there any good starts that are small enough to not be too overwhelming with its trade and economy mechanics?

I’m playing as the County of Flanders, which is a vassal of France. I’m wanting to increase my country rank to that of a duchy, and I meet every requirement, except that it says that a vassal is not allowed to change rank.

Is there any way to increase my rank apart from becoming independent? I figured I could ask for ducal rights like you can in the HRE, but it seems you can’t do that in France.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I’m new to this game and I’m having a good time, but my friend and I are really struggling with the combat in this game. We constantly die in just a few hits and our attacks feel like they don’t do much to the cannibals. Not to mention that neither of us can seem to get the parry timing down. Armor seems pointless because it breaks really quickly.

We’re dying so much that it’s starting to become frustrating and it’s sapping our enjoyment of a game that we otherwise really enjoy. Though maybe it’s just a major skill issue on our part. If anyone has any tips and suggestions to help we’d really appreciate it.
