I know this sub doesn't love Bananas, but I'm unexpectedly impressed with his podcast after 2 episodes and likewise surprised people aren't talking about it more. He's meh to me as a character, I respect that he's arguably the GOAT but I also don't miss him currently.
All that said, I'm loving his insight into the show! It's a lot more interesting and real than listening to Aneesa and Tori loudly adore each other for an hour. He's proving to be as unbiased as he can, even giving Devin, Josh, and Nelson some props for the roles they play on the show. His refusal to go in on CT when Simmons wanted him to was also measured and mature, a refreshing take from the Banana Man. I like that he plan
First post ever, bear with me if it's lame, haha. I don't recall seeing this specifically discussed.
How odd is it that CT's first win was Wes's last (up to this point, at least)? I never thought about it because Wes was still very much in the conversation on the following seasons, and even quite recently with WOTW1. Long time fans enjoyed this rivalry for some time prior to seeing them team up and dominate, and it's almost as if Wes passed the torch to CT in some backwards way. I don't think many people would have guessed that Wes would see a denouement in his career whilst CT's was only beginning to rise. I love them both and would love to see another win for each.
