Tomorrow I finally get surgery to get rid of my gyno.

I started out 2 years ago at 5'3ft 225lbs, fat and weak, unable to even do a pushup.

Started working my ass off and dropped to 174lbs at 5'11 with the help of my cousin who helped train me. Then added 9lbs of muscle.

I lost lots of fat on my body but not a lot around my chest. For so long I thought it was my fault and I was still just fat. Turns out it wasn't and I just have an extremely bad case of gyno that training couldn't get rid of.

Having it made me feel lesser than everyone else and had a massive effect on my mental health and social life
