Hi, I just got into Shadowbringers as a relatively new Paladin, and I wanted to start getting into raiding. I think I would have to be an off-tank

Do you guys have any tips in terms of getting good enough to do Ultimates? My goal is to complete TOP, but people say it's so hard.

What are some mechanics, tips, and tricks I should know of, especially as a Paladin, to do well and not have a hard time getting to the level I want to get to?

Do you guys have any stories of bad tanks or any instances where u wish you had known something before? Thanks!
