Hey everyone,

I recently started using The Ordinary's Argireline Solution 10%. People call it “Botox in a bottle” because it’s supposed to smooth out fine lines. I’ve been applying it 2-3 times a week, and I think I’m seeing a difference, but not sure if it’s placebo.

Has anyone else used this? How long did it take for you to see results?

Also, are there any other anti-aging holy grails you swear by?

Let's compare notes! 👀✨

Exciting news in the world of anti-aging research! Scientists from Duke-NUS Medical School have discovered that targeting the protein IL11 can reverse signs of aging in preclinical models, potentially increasing lifespan by up to 25%.

By inhibiting IL11, they observed improvements in tissue function and a significant extension in healthy lifespan.

While these findings are currently limited to animal studies, they open up promising avenues for future

I didn’t start taking skincare seriously because I believed it would change my life. I started because one day, I looked in the mirror and saw someone who looked tired. Not just physically—deeply, in a way I couldn’t quite name.

So, I bought a moisturizer. Nothing fancy. Just a small jar from the drugstore. It felt silly at first, smearing it on my face at night, as if that would fix anything. But I kept doing it. And then I added sunscreen. Then a serum.

It wasn’t overnight, but after a while, I began to notice something—not just in my skin, but in myself. It wasn’t the products working magic. It was the act of care, repeated daily.

I didn’t look like a different person, but I started to

I came across this great article on aging gracefully, and it’s packed with practical skincare tips that actually make sense. From the importance of sunscreen to using retinoids and managing stress, it’s a quick read but super helpful.

Okay, so I have to admit something: I’ve gotten really into dermaplaning lately. You know, the thing where you use a tiny blade to exfoliate your face and remove peach fuzz? I’m not sure when exactly I crossed the line into being that person who spends their evening scraping their face, but here we are.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first. The idea of taking a razor to my face seemed… dramatic. But my friend swore by it, and I figured, why not? I started with one of those cheap little tools you can buy online and just gave it a go one night. The first time, I was shocked (and maybe a little grossed out?) by how much came off—dead skin, fuzz, the works.

The next morning, though? My skin fe

Welcome to Radiant Aging

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to welcome you to this community. I created Radiant Aging because I believe aging isn’t something to fight—it’s something to own. This space is for us to share real experiences, tips, and encouragement as we navigate this journey together. Sometimes it's hard to sift through the scientific discussion on this topic.

For me, it’s been a mix of trial and error. Retinol and vitamin C serums have been skincare lifesavers—helping with fine lines and giving me that glow. Collagen in my smoothies? Subtle but worth it. Staying hydrated and sticking to small, consistent habits have made the biggest difference.

Mindset has been just as important
