I really value our local food culture and hospitality. But lately, I've noticed a really frustrating and unethical trend creeping into some of our restaurants, and I want to know if others are facing this too.

Recently, I’ve been to a few restaurants with friends where they flat-out refuse to provide regular drinking water. Instead, they force you to buy their paid bottled water if you want something to drink with your meal.

When I questioned the staff at one place about this mandatory rule and asked why it isn't mentioned on the menu or at the entrance, they just brushed it off and refused to be transparent about it. I even walked out of one place because of this attitude.

Here are

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice or similar experiences regarding a really frustrating situation with a State Bank of India (SBI) branch.

My mother is illiterate, but she manages her own savings. Recently, she went to her local SBI branch to deposit some cash into her account. Because she can't write, she politely asked the bank staff to help her fill out the basic deposit slip.

Not a single employee was willing to assist her. When she approached the Branch Manager directly, he completely ignored her and flat-out refused to even speak to her.

The worst part is that this isn't an isolated incident. This has happened to my mother 3 or 4 times at this exact same branch. I’ve also n

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to find the Bombay Kannan audio drama version of Ponniyin Selvan in a format I can actually keep (MP3/M4B). I’m not looking for the streaming-only apps; I want the raw files for my own player.

Does anyone have a Telegram link, a Google Drive share, or a specific torrent (AudioBookBay, etc.) that actually has the full 5-6 volume multicast version?

Hi everyone, I’m moving into a new home soon and looking to install a whole-house water softener. Does anyone have recommendations for reliable dealers or brands available in Coimbatore? I’m looking for good after-sales service specifically. Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,

I need some clarity from the community regarding the newly published Angular security advisory GHSA-v4hv-rgfq-gp49, which discusses a stored XSS vulnerability in @/angular/compiler.

The advisory lists affected versions as:

•	>=21.0.0-next.0 <21.0.2

•	>=20.0.0-next.0 <20.3.15

•	>=19.0.0-next.0 <19.2.17

•	<=18.2.14

We are currently running Angular v17, which is already EOL and unsupported, but it’s not explicitly listed as affected under this advisory. However, I want to double-check whether Angular 17 is actually safe from this particular vulnerability or if it is affected and simply not patched due to being out of support.

If the community or anyone familiar wit

Hi everyone,

I’m running into a weird issue with the ChatGPT desktop app on macOS and need some help resetting my audio services without a full reboot if possible.

The Issue: I was using the ChatGPT conversational (Voice) mode. During the session, I muted my microphone via the ChatGPT app interface. While still muted, I accidentally quit the application without unmuting first.

Symptoms:

1. Visual Glitch: As seen in the attached screenshot, the "Muted" status icons (both the menu bar icon and the floating red overlay) are stuck on my screen, even though the ChatGPT app is closed.
2. Functional Failure: My actual system microphone is now completely unresponsive system-wide.

I'm in Airtel, after saw this offer in Jio thought of port, but before porting just want to check with you guys how is this offer working in Gemini, In Airtel perplexity I don't see any value, also I saw few reddit posts that the free version of perplexity is better than Airtel perplexity pro. (it's my opinion I don't have any proof for this. I'm thinking that perplexity have dedicated plan for Airtel users)

I also faced one issue in pro plan they mentioned Unlimited file and photo uploads, but when I try to upload it shows an error your limit is exceeded (but I didn't upload any files on that day)

So if any of you using this feature, please share your feedback and I mainly use Gemini
