I've held back telling people when I've fielded calls and i need to rant it here. Maybe customers will read this.

Tired of not seeing your ogp delivery get sent to you on time? Offer a tip! The drivers can see the tip offers and if they see a zero, they won't take it. They'll wait it out until Spark increases the incentive, which could take hours.

Give tips for deliveries!

I've played a large multitude of survival/crafting games that had me hooked for months. This came out free with EGS and i only managed 3 days, roughly 12 hours total, of playtime. What brings people to love it? Genuinely curious. It has potential.

This topic has been said too many times in my own store I'm going to address this quickly here for the benefit of others.

We all know who it is that died yesterday. Do NOT get into debates or long winged conversations about politics while on the job. One disagreement can lead to a MOM intervening and sending people home. Disagreeing with someone over ideologies is not the way you want to lose your job. Know that the workplace is not your safe space. Look after yourself and be respectful even if you disagree with others.

Can it just stop now? It's insane. Everyone on both sides at one point or another screams they want peace with eachother, yet look at the past political posts. Y'all went after eachother throats. Can the mods make it a rule for no politics going forward? There's subs specifically for that. We don't need the toxicity in this one as well.

The hype is reaching me. I haven't played since the day people found out some countries were banned thanks to Playstation. I'm on the fence about returning.

Possible bug?

Discussion

Last week i just skipped the beginner rod because i could already craft the intermediate rod on my solo world. Never saw simple bait so i figured i had to somehow unlock it. Come to last night; played on a server and created the beginner rod. Asked buddy where i can find simple bait so i can craft. "It's already in the workbench for you." Lo and behold i learned the bait is attached only to the beginner rod. So after our session i went to my solo world just to unlock the beginner rod. Waste of a tech point but what can you do.

Was this intended? Is it going to be unlocked with all rods in the future?

Enjoyed Enshrouded, Don't Starve, V rising, Dwarf Fortress.

Didn't care for Ark, 7DtD, No Man's Sky, The Long Dark, Generation Zero, Starbound/Terraria, The Forest.

I do have Journey to the Savage planet from a bundle, but i remember it getting bad reviews in the past.

Am i too picky? Is there something others know that i haven't seen yet? Looking forward to replies/suggestions.

How have you motivated a fellow associate to work faster? I've offered to (think re-train) shadow them or have them shadow me. They go back to their own pace when on their own, and it's hurting the team.

I've been getting tired of the solo lately and thought I'd put myself out here. Mostly into Monster Hunter (I've played since Gen Ultimate), i have an array of survival&crafting games as that is my comfort grnre. I do a bit of rock&stone (Deep Rock Galactic) or The Isle or HellDivers 2, but I'll be honest with this one: most may not enjoy playing HD2 with me after awhile because once i get bored i start to become a traitor. There's plenty more. If you enjoy survival&crafting games just shoot me a title and I'll let you know if i have it. I'll look forward to reading comments soon.

I (38M) had graduated college with an A.A.S. (Associate of Applied Science) for Electrical Maintenance and Construction back in 2006. During college we were given two semesters of PLC (Programmable Logic Control) Circuitry to prepare for the possibility of having a career choice in the future. (The professor's words at the time, "in case we injured our back.") Fast forward to today and I've been dealing with chronic back pain(from a car accident), as well as having suffered a heat stroke back in 2018.

It's about time for a career change and I'd like to know what search parameters to put online? Just putting PLC offers me "Master Electrician" opportunities but I never got beyond journe
