Hello r/techsupport,
Thank you for the opportunity to ask this question. I built my own pc 3 or 4 years ago when I had more interest and time for tech and PC's and installed a 100gb ssd for my OS (Win 7) and a 1TB drive for games and programs. Over the years my ssd got full and now its at full capacity...not knowing what else to do, and trying to clean it as much as I could, I figured I could factory reset it...I still have my win7 disk so I figured it'd be simple...but when I begin the process of the reset and the pc boots back up, my mouse and keyboard disconnects and is rendered unusable, leading me to not be able to choose through menus etc. Any ideas why this is and how to fix it? or
