Been using this for a week now, I saw it on a Discord. Looks pretty cool plus you can scan cards for free, they are actually accurate on getting the card, they got an Ai Grader, and although there Discord is dead right now, the stuff they are adding are fire. Any tips to beat the scalpers that will likely be trying to buy them all out?

ProxyPics is like an "Uber for Photos" where we have clients needing eyes on sites for many unique reasons and we currently have some orders we need help with ASAP. This is an Independent Contractor type work.

If you could upon visiting a location for the first time snap photos and produce a budget projection like the attached would you do it and what would you pay? Note this is all Ai and could get results very quickly once we've fully implemented it. We've heard positive feedback from some folks who flip homes but also take photos for us. But we want to look at expanding that.

Who's able to help me out? Im looking to utilize N8N to help with recruiting. I have access to outlook, Vonage, anthropic API, OpenAI API, among other things. Im not looking for anything crazy just a way to pull name, email, and number for realtors, notaries, home inspectors, and local small business(like out of house businesses 1 per shops). How do I get Metabase to work off CST vs UTC? I've tried in setting but even that says won't always work which it doesn't.
