I ordered a game from ebay and the seller shipped it via DHL. The tracking info claims it was delivered on the 1st of September. No one knocked on the door, nothing was put through the letterbox, it's not in the bushes near the front door or any other sort of safe space. I even checked with several neighbours on my street and they don't have it either. I emailed DHL Customer services and got pretty much a nothing response from them. This is the email:

I have a 360 and it is incredibly choosy about when it wants to go online. I know if I play offline I can still earn achievements, they just won't have a date on them. When I go on my Series X will my offline achievements show up and sync with my profile? I wanted to check because at this point I would just like to play my 360 games without battling the network settings every single time and I'm fine sacrificing the date if it means I can play.
