tl;dr: I would happily pay plat per query for a machine-readable, up-to-date account state.

I have no memory of this place.

I hopped back into Warframe yesterday. I hadn't logged in since a bit after Update 27, but I've wandered in and out of Warframe for a long time. The in-game stats say I've clocked 433 hours, and my KeePass history and Steam Achievements suggest I started Q1 2014.

This time around, I'd been away for a few months. I played a while after Railjack came out, enough so that the Update 27.2 refunds from March were still waiting for me. And this time, like every time I get back into it after months away, I was immediately met with the same thought.

Hullo, CC.

I've been having trouble sleeping lately. I've started trying an over-the-counter sleep aid, and it's really helped. But the last two nights, I've had absolutely horrific dreams. And I'm not talking about jump-scares and clowns and shit. I'm talking about GrownAss Adult Nightmares. Last night I had a dream that I was helping a best friend through the due date of the baby his girlfriend miscarried. (It didn't happen in real life, just in the dream.) So I woke up feeling refreshed, but super emotionally drained.

I'm struggling to decide if I'll keep with these sleep aids or not. And if I'm struggling with it, I realized it's a perfect Would You Rather.

So. Which would yo

A local falafel hut does chalk cartoons around their specials, like so many diner-y places do. This week's features Morty, that-guy-from-Star-Wars-that-my-friend-knew-the-name-of, and Kang (or maybe Kudos).

But we don't recognize the red-eyed beetle behind Morty. He seems super familiar. My gut tells me it's either a video game, maybe Undertale or Hollow Knight, or maybe some Miyazaki character.

I scanned the Undertale wiki and nothing came up. The Hollow Knight wiki doesn't have much. I don't know Miyazaki well enough to know how to Google for "that red

My mom is struggling here and no one in the family can figure it out for her.

Main character, female, encourages her androgynous friend, who is probably Asian, to do karaoke or something. A recurring theme in a descending scale with the words of something like "I am free."

Also, Merry Christmas or your local equivalent.

Mostly as a though experiment, I was wondering how a campaign would play if every character had two classes that had to be leveled in tandem. Obviously, the abundance of options might be an issue for new players, so for the sake of discussion, assume everyone in question is veteran enough to not be overwhelmed.

So, the base restriction would be that you choose your two classes, and you are restricted to these two for the entire campaign. Players begin at character level 2, with one level in each class.

When a character levels up, they must choose the lower level class if they are not even, otherwise they may choose which class levels up.

Rules as written (5e, Chapter 8), you only regain half your hit dice at the end of a long rest. I was wondering how many of you have actually had this come into play.

At least among the groups I've known, that it's usually hand-waved away as either not worth the additional book-keeping or, more often than not, the long-rest is paired with a day of downtime and another long rest to regain the other half anyway. Then again, I've never played a campaign where we were delving deep into the dungeons, pitching camp halfway down to continue in the morning. It's probably more that I tend to play Group Storytelling that doesn't focus as much on big, epic encounters.

There was a blog or website that had increasingly desperate and depressing, roundabout justifications why the author is just perfect for a job at _____. I remember there was at least one about Nintendo, about how the author would make a game that takes place after you save the princess, and how now you have to live in the aftermath of the ordeal of loving someone who has been kidnapped, how Peach has internalized the idea that she's "damaged goods", and there would be one moment in the game, in the middle of the night, where you have to rhythmically press A to keep your breathing steady after she asks "Are you awake?" and you pretend to be asleep...

I can't for the life of me remember the
