Asking for credit card statement before customer service help?

Rant

Is it normal for lululemon to ask for a credit card statement before will give any customer service info at all on why an order was cancelled?

I have never had that asked of me before, and seems both invasive and excessive sharing of personal data, generally and particularly over email which is not very secure, simply to get an answer on what happened to an order?

Employee priority over CPU for paid tickets on empty business seats?

Question

Is it really the policy that employees get first dibs on business seats before CPU for even 1K on a paid ticket?

Flying soon domestically, EWR to IAH. Business had only 10 of 20 seats booked last night, 3 days before flight. This morning, 2 days before, flight 15 seats are booked, but no one cleared from upgrade. Turns out they were given to employees. I am 1k and #1 on upgrade list and was not cleared 48 hours before despite 10 seats available, but five were given to employees.

Bad enough they'd rather sell the upgrade for peanuts before upgrading long term loyal customers, but at least UAL is getting some cash for that. But here it's given to someone not paying vs paying customers

TBIL ETF - where to find % dividends attributable gov't obligations?

How does one find documentation for TBIL ETF showing what percentage of dividends paid that were attributable to direct US Government bond obligations (essentially which part should be treated as state-tax exempt)?

My 1099's only show the dividends as Ordinary, with no supplemental information.

Does the sponsor of the ETF publish something else somewhere specifically stating % of distribution from Gov't bonds. I know it should be about 100%, but an official document stating it somewhere for the year?

Delhi Air India Domestic to UAL Interntaional transfer

Question

Areiving delhi on an domestic air india flight. Same terminal and only carry-on bags. Can i go through international transfers area, if they have one, to UAL gate for flight to EWR USA?

Boarding pass says must do security check ar check in counter and exchange boarding pass before going to gate. Presume for usualy security and id checks for flights ro USA normally done near gate at orher airports. Which would likely add a lot of tume to transfer if have to exit and re enter terminal.

Holding Co LLC for NJ Rental Property LLC – Wyoming or New Mexico?

Am considering putting a  NJ rental property into an LLC, and forming a WY or NM LLC as a Holdco to own the NJ LLC (for anonymity purposes). This would be a single member LLC.

Any thoughts on if WY or NM is better or pros and cons, aside from the set-up and annual cost being maybe $50 higher in WY.  

Ease of dealing with and managing official filings, doing things online, getting docs, etc.

Taxes are they an issue in NM if it’s a single member llc with neither the member nor the business operations in WY or NM.

Annual Report fee $60 or x% of assets in WY, are assets in WY meant to be physical assets in WY or any assets consolidated into the WY LLC?  Meaning would a rental property in NJ
