Recently, on Twitter, I saw Jonathan rant multiple times about people not actively making commits/pull requests on their GitHub accounts. He was shaming their GitHub contribution graphs by showed an image of their GitHub not as green as he wanted.

I want to find the background music from this YouTube short video, it most likely a game OST, but couldn't find the name of it after long search. it could be from the game Wuchang fallen feathers soundtracks but I listen to them and couldn't find it (keep in mind I may overlook it since it was long video)

Many of you have access to the Jai compiler, yet 99.99% of you do not share your experiences with the language.
There are no projects, no articles, no opinions expressing how Jai has helped you accomplish tasks that were difficult in other languages. Nothing. Why is there such extreme secrecy within the Jai community?

Every other programming language community proudly shares and writes about their experiences with their language. Jai, however, is the only language that seems to be an exception to this general rule.

apparently there is a big chance that Jai will not be open source and may have non permissive license

Do I plan to release the compiler source with the public beta?

The way it's going to go is we'll have a non-source public beta first, and then eventually, we'll transition to the source being available for everyone. It's just easier for me to do a non-source release because I don’t have to deal with—like, I mean, I’ve had so many people cloning features and trying to compete with me for publicity and stuff. I hate that. I hate that. So if I put up source code, now I get clobbered by low-quality PRs, and I get people copying what I did.

I can have a non-open license and sue people—yeah

I want to learn 3d art and animation using Blender, I saved money for months to buy a laptop.
I know, I know, desktop is better, but desktop is out of the question in my city since they only offer the highest specs with absurd astronomical price. it would be a dream to own that 4090 beast but a dream is just a dream 😔
