With the Speedster Skillset im looki g to make a build for movement speed and kitting but not with pistols, im not sure which weapon but not range. Im stuck between getting Mercinary, Rogue or monk id need 2 of these. I like all 3 of their passives. And mercinary prob has the most valuable passives but no useful skills for my build.

Any help.
