I was looking to pick the game back up for ages now, but was always hesitant.

I stopped playing before 5v5. Is that still a thing? I was mainly a projectile DPS player, peaked 4350 and hovered around 4.1-4.2.

How have the game mechanics changed? What are some of the metas, how's the pro scene? Are role distinctions like main/off support still a thing? What are the strongest roles, and why?

My G27QI flickers with high contrast and seemingly is slow to change pixels when clicking between 2 images.

I can only replicate it in google images and it only happens in the browser screen itself, nowhere else.

Other than that I've only noticed that, in one particular video comparing 2 different things, the brightness of the first paused scene will change slightly when past a certain point in the second scene. Maybe it was just that particular video.

Here's a video. Is this a monitor thing, GPU thing, browser thing? I have the option of replacing the monitor, since I just bought it.

Been following SC2 very casually for the last 1,5 year, just started playing comp though. Watched Vibe's b2gm and so far I'm in plat and have a 70%+ winrate in any game over 9 minutes but I die often to early game all-ins/timings bc my scouting and early unit production is iffy.

I'd like to learn some harass strats, I like macro but I prefer to be aggressive while doing it. I'm looking for builds that can deal damage by skillchecking my opponent, while also allowing me to macro at the same time.

So far I've figured out the 4 gate blink stalker vs T, can I do that in PvP too? I really like the build and would like to open with it in pretty much every matchup tbh if it wasn't too inefficien

New player here, is a wall off pretty much always going to be a cyber core and 2 gateways? Or a cyber core, a gateway and a pylon? I know you always wall off vs zerg and try to wall off reapers vs terran too, but do you wall off vs terran too?

Do you always wall off your natural or sometimes your main base too?
