I am losing my marbles over here trying to update my phone. It has over 10GB of storage and over 50% charge but it will not update to either 26.6 or 18. It’ll install the software but not complete the update. I also can’t back it up right now for some reason which I would also like to do beforehand since I have so many photos of my dog who crossed the rainbow bridge last year. Has anyone else had this problem and can give any advice? I’ve left it for so long because I couldn’t back it up and didn’t want to lose any photos but I’m starting a new job and the application I need to see the schedule requires 17 and up.
