Admittedly, this all feels so strange. All of us long suffering fans (50 years for me) are enjoying this and really blown away by how quickly this happened, but the strange part is watching the team go about this so business like. Almost like a program that’s been there for decades. Everyone- down to the student support staff on the sidelines. The culture, professionalism, and maturity is almost as stunning of a change as the outcomes.

Watching Michael Irvin and even Lacy from Ole Miss belt to assing and celebrating is what we would expect from a team that’s vaulted out of the depths of football hell. But it’s not. Not this IU team.

-Last 7 days: gained .6 lbs

-Last 14 days: lost 1.2 lbs

-last 21 days: lost 5 lbs

-last 30 days: lost 7.8 lbs

My BMR is 2032

My TDEE is 2438

Deficit 1038/ day.

Is it too early to call a stall/ plateau? I really don’t want to do a 48 hr fast. Other ideas or thoughts are welcome.

Any one else get this? I’m not dizzy, but am lightheaded after first eating. It moderates as the meal goes on.

But tonight…I stood up to go get a paper towel after my soup, and was really lightheaded. After I sat down I was ok, and after finishing my whole meal, I stood up and was not lightheaded.

51M. I have lost 65 lbs (321 to 256) on OMAD I’m also on BP meds, and have been for years. Anyone relate?

Has anyone here sought approval from the SBA changing from a sole proprietorship to an LLC/ S Corp post EIDL Loan?
