Trying to remove nails left in concrete after removing the tack strips. Seems like I’m taking up chunks of concrete with the nails. Any advice on how to get the nails out cleanly? Thanks

Does anybody else constantly have people think your high beams are on when they’re not?

I feel like people are always flashing their brights at me when my low beams are on because they think my high beams are on.

Mfer on the highway today had a fucking fit flashing his brights at me after I passed him for several minutes. He was losing his shit. I legit thought he was signaling to me that something was wrong with my car. I slowed down and came up next to him and he flipped me off.

Only reason I can think that he did that is cause he thought I had my high beams on and was annoyed.

I was hired at my hospital as an “X-Ray Tech that is cross training in MRI” because I was an outside hire who still needed to finish my MRI clinicals and take my boards.

I passed my boards recently and am coming up on having worked at the hospital for 1 year.

I’m curious if anyone has any thoughts on me saying “hey, I passed my boards and have a year MRI experience now and feel like I deserve a raise.”

Does this seem realistic/reasonable and if anyone has any thoughts on a percentage I could ask for. I know there are a lot of other factors to consider but I’m just wondering what y’all think.

What do y’all think about the Raiders game? They have some very good key players but I’m expecting a W. Gonna be another test for the O Line with Maxx and Wilkins. Hope they are able to put on the type of performance that washes the week 1 taste out of their mouths.

Sometimes my car lets me put both on and sometimes when one goes on the other automatically turns off. I can’t figure out the trick to having them both on.
