We got engaged recently and went ahead and decided on our venue, which is going to be the historic rec hall at Big Ridge State Park. It’s not for another year and a half or so, but we were wondering if anyone has done their wedding there and has photos they wouldn’t mind sharing so we can get some ideas? I know it’s a relatively popular venue, but there are very few good pictures online of weddings there.

If you have any pictures, feel free to either post them here or DM me and you can share there. (We don’t have to have ones with you in them if you don’t want to share those — it’s more about getting an idea about using the space, etc.)

Thanks for any help!

My girlfriend and I are going to the fair tonight but we’ve either never been or not been in years. They website says the have an unlimited ride pass for $30 or something like that. We don’t want unlimited rides, just to maybe ride one or two things. (And also we don’t have the money to justify that pass, especially when it’s already $40 just to get park and get in.)

I didn’t see it on the website, but can you buy single ride tickets? I figured someone here would know and we could plan accordingly before we head over soon.

Been playing since this game came out, but not spent much time actually looking into specific rates, meta, etc. and had a quick question!

Do pull rates for the Promo packs from Solo Battles during the drop events (like the current Zoroark Drop) differ based on what level (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced/Expert) you earn them from? I assume not, but after clearing all four I've just been grinding the lowest level to try to get all the promo cards, but so far all I've pulled are 7 Poliwag, 6 Zorua, and 5 Tropius.

I'm guessing I'm just failing at the RNG and that's fine, but I thought I'd check to make sure I don't need to be battling on Intermediate or higher (or something) to get Milotic and

My girlfriend and I were out driving today after an appointment, and happened to see a new food truck we’d never seen or heard of before, so we stopped to check it out.

Mike’s Fried Green Tomatoes is currently parked at the Dollar General at the corner of Western and University, and will be there at least through tomorrow. (He said he’s got a lot of places and moves around a lot though.)

We stopped and chatted and ended up getting lunch there. We had an Italian sausage, fried okra, and an order of wings. The sausage was fantastic, and the okra was great (and we got almost two full takeout trays full)! The wings were also amazing and a good size — we got six whole wings (not just broken do
