What are your tips for fuelling trucks and drones? This seems to be the most inconvenient part of using them. If your central delivery place has a supply of coal or oil it seems easy enough, but what if you are trying to get a delivery to some place without coal or oil? Or what if you need more than 1 stack of fuel to make a round trip and you need fuel on both ends, how do you get fuel for everyone?

Whenever I have an alliance eventually I will randomly get a message pop up saying my country has broken off the alliance, and my ally loses 50 opinion of me. Why does this happen? I didn't do this myself, and I can't find any message or event that would cause me to break the alliance or anything that would have offended me. What is the deal?
EU5 vassals/fiefs do not seem to build navies (is there a way I can encourage them to?). How can I get them to participate in wars when they cannot reach the battlefield via land? Is there a way to get them to use my own navy? I'm pretty sure eu4 had this all figured out.
It's a bit frustrating when you cannot get military access, or you have to cross a body of water and all your vassal friends are sitting there useless. Or if you have an island vassal, they cannot ever get their troops off their island.
What is Travis Long's deal in the Manticore Ascendant series? He seems to have trouble reading the room, or knowing if people like him, and he's super focused on making sure people follow procedure. I'm not sure what the author's were showing with him. Is he supposed to be mildly Autistic?
Seems like an odd thing to bring with you when attacking your neighbour.
I don't like the taste of coffee. Tea is OK but it doesn't have enough caffeine to wake me up in the morning. Many mornings I have really low energy and drink an energy drink to wake me up. Is there some sort of healthy alternative I can have in the morning to take the place of coffee or energy drinks?
When the grocery store marks Orange Juice as Canadian made, what does that mean? I don't see many orange trees around here.
During the parts of books from a treecat POV they often refer to number in terms of "hands", and time in terms of "turnings".
I think treecats have 4 fingers, so would a "hand" of scouts be 4 scouts?
Is a turning a Sphinxian year? I think that is 5 years?
So would that make a hand of turning about 4x5 = 20 years?
In one book someone mentions that the bright water clan has had the same nest for "over 10 hands of hands of turning". Would that be 10 x 4 x 4 x 5 = 800 years?
I was very confused by the conversation between Audrey O'Hanrahan and the woman who says to "call her Phoebe". She tells a story about how the Alignment has gone off the rails, and she needs Audrey to help salvage their reputation. This seems to come out of nowhere, since we've never seen any open discord in the Alignment, other than the big defection, of course. I was thinking there were 3 possibilities.
-
Phoebe is from the "good" alignment on Mesa, but somehow knows about the "bad" alignment, and wants to save the good alignment's reputation.
-
Phoebe is from a faction within the "bad" alignment who disagree with the leadership. A third Alignment? This seems to be backed up
The name seems pretty definitive, but after reading the book I'm not too sure. But David Webber is 72 and Eric Flint has passed away. Are there any more books left in the series?
I don't quite understand ship classes. Ships seem mostly to be classified based on sizes, but over the series the size of the new ships keeps getting larger. Honor starts off in Basilisk Station on an 80,000t light cruiser, but by the end of the series you start seeing 120,000t destroyers. What makes the new ships a destroyer? Why not call it a light cruiser?
By the end of the series you see 2,000,000t battlecruisers, but what's the difference between a 2,000,000t battlecruiser and a 2,000,000t battleship?
I know that armor, the number and size of missile tubes etc scales with the size of the ship, but wouldn't a 120,000t destroyer be the same as a 120,000t light cruiser?
I'm starting a base on Aquilo and am wondering if you guys have any tips for making it easier.
Using Nuclear power for energy and heat. Seems like a no brainer. I guess switch to fusion power once I research it?
Parked a satellite in orbit with foundries and am able to drop iron, steel, copper and coal onto my base. Worked well for a while but I've had to devote most of the little resources I get in orbit to defence recently. Should I import resources from nauvis/vulcanis instead? If so, is it better to bring raw resources or finished goods?
Bots are pretty inefficient but running heating pipes everywhere makes belts hard to implement. What should I be hauling around with bots
In "Changer of Worlds" Samantha/Golden Voice and Nimitz/Laughs Brightly visit the Bright Water Clan.
Later, in "In Enemy Hands" a bunch of treecats show up and travel to Grayson with Honor, following the plan that the treecats came up with in Changer of worlds.
Do we know if these are the same treecats? The leader of the treecats in Changer of Worlds is Wind of Memory; while the treecat leader in In Enemy Hands has the human name Hera. What about the others?
Is Farragut the same as Brand Leaper?
