Both the description and image are blatantly AI-generated. The 1.7.10 and 1.12.2 jar files are empty, the 1.8.9 jar references some "dirt equipment" mod, the 1.16.5 jar is just an empty MCreator template (or something similar). The only one with actual code is the 1.20.x version and that is just an MCreator mod with 2 classes inside.

GitHub link: https://github.com/Radk6/Rads-uBlock-Filters/blob/main/GoogleSearchCleaner.txt

To install it, click open uBlock Origin's settings, go to filter lists -> import and paste the following link there: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Radk6/Rads-uBlock-Filters/main/GoogleSearchCleaner.txt

After that, click "Apply changes" and the filter list should work.

This is based off the Let's Block It search engine filter, I just compiled a list of fake Vanced/ReVanced websites (as well as a few other fake/malicious websites) and turned it into a filter list.

As some of you may know, OptiFine's official website only goes as far as 1.7.2, even though the mod itself is far older than that. Luckily, there is an archive which encompasses versions from beta 1.4 to release 1.8.9: https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding-java-edition/minecraft-mods/1286605-b1-4-1-9-optifine-history. The problem is that the links are completely dead.

The simple fix is to click on "mirror", then change "optifined.net" to optifine.net" in the URL. This should work for all of the versions, although I haven't tested every single one.

As for why they're not listed on optifine.net, I have no idea. My best guess is that they contain some of the Minecraft code
