I was watching a vlog of some guys trip to South Korea. I swear to god, every single women I saw was gorgeous. Shopkeepers, passerby’s, everyone. I have no idea how y’all do it, but you Korean women are gems. Hell, even the men were all pretty good looking, I don’t get it.
For some reason, I can't get into games like DA:O and top-down games like Tyranny, the Co-op/Party mechanisms have always been gimmicky and just boring for me. For that reason, I'm looking for games with good defense mechanisms and combat, so I can get that satisfaction of parrying my enemies blows to counter them. I've played DS, TES, and TW3, which are the only AAA RPG games I can think of that incorporate some kind of those systems, which is sad considering that soooo many JRPG's that people love and cherish I just can't enjoy because I get bored like an hour into playing. Any suggestions?
From what I've seen of the game, most people say it's based around dodging and blocking. If so, is there a parrying type of mechanic? Like a perfect parry will stagger your opponent or something. I know the game isn't based around combat, and I do love the base-building aspect of the game, but it's a Viking game, I kinda want a little bit of combat depth to really iron out the decision to buy the game and support the devs this early on. So yeah, does the game have a parry/perfect block system?
