I just upgraded to Android 11, and I'm getting a toast over and over that says, "Tasker: Whoa! Display offset you're setting can be overhelming!". I know it will come consistently if I turn my phone face down in my hand. Anyone know what this is?

Edit: Finally figured out it was an overscan gesture that doesn't work in 11. Funny toast for that, though.

I had the widespread issue where I couldn't add new fingerprints. My Google searching found only one answer, and that is to back up the persist partition, etc. (which requires root). I tried a simple test and it worked for me without rooting - I removed and re-added my pin. Then I was able to add new fingerprints. Maybe my situation hasn't progressed as far as others, I don't know, but I just wanted to share this as a possible solution for someone else.

Can I backup and restore apps and their data with Tasker this way?

adb backup -apk -shared -all -backup. ab adb restore backup.ab

Is there a better way?

Also, I've read that some apps' data are not able to be backed up with ADB because they weren't written debuggable. I also saw in ADB wifi in Tasker that it can provide a list of these apps. How would I set up a task for this? Output to the clipboard?

Edit: I am no longer rooted. OnePlus 5T, Android 9
