I am disabled and can't work due to it. I am homeless and in negative amounts in the closed bank accounts. I have loans for a school that did nothing to help me succeed or find work and I cannot pay simply because no company will hire me in the industry for a reason not known to me.

If I take out a loan, I read that they can syphon even more money out of the accounts (? They're closed accts once again) and if I do that, then I have the loan shark I can't pay back.

What even are the options at this point?

I don't like college but I am a creative . Does calarts make you do remedial math ? I have dyscalculia and am math disabled , and have failed algebra 6 times . If I did go to calarts I'd want to just take a class here and there when I can.
