My home and garden back on to a large plot of land (around 10 acres), the land owner allows myself and neighbours use small areas immediately behind our gardens, it's mostly rough hilly terrain going up the side of a valley with multiple attempts at planning permission rejected for previous owners due to local restrictions and endangered wildlife, the landowner doesn't do anything with the land.
