Hey folks. I'm a good few months into HRT. Been doing it through GenderGP. I was looking into changing from the gel to the weekly injection option that they have. I saw I can get a Sustanon injection in Ireland with a prescription. My GP refuses to do anything related to my HRT and will only see me for any medical conditions not related to it so I can't ask her for help.

Only wanting to change cause the gel is messing with my skin a bit, and I feel the injections would just suit me overall with HRT Progress, time, and money. Happy to learn how to self inject, but wanted to know if ordering a Sustanon prescription is a good route? I'll do a course on how to inject properly, don't worry won

Last month I decided to knuckle down and tackle my weight. I was dancing around the obese-overweight BMI scale and even though the BMI isn't the best being close to obese on it was enough to make me cop on and lose weight.

My goal isn't a number on the scale but to fit into old clothes I could wear three years ago. One pair of trousers in particular, the pockets in them went on forever. It was the best.

Was going well, I cut out sugary snacks and made sure I kept up with my walks. Instead of driving to the shop, I walked. Made sure to stick with the gym more and took up hiking when the weather was nice. I ate around 1,500 - 1,700 calories a day but according to my Fitbit I burn approxima

Was driving to work this morning and was doing under 50km/h and saw a speed van. Thought I was grand until this evening when I was driving out that way again and noticed there were signs saying to slow to 25km/h. Didn't see the sign this morning at all so might be done for speeding, was focusing on the heavy rain tbh. Just thought I'd warn ye.

I'm fairly new to this scheme. I was previously working in the private sector before getting a job with the government. I'm trying to wrap my head around this scheme and how it works. Would ye think it's worthwhile to look at another pension plan too or am I better off putting money aside for investments for my future. In my mid 20s

Edit: Thank you I'll look into an AVC as soon as I can

My friends and I have been playing Phasmo for years now. It's a great way for me to stay in touch with them as we live continents apart.

For a while we've been playing it less and less. We just weren't getting into the game as much anymore, but with the challenge out we spent hours trying to strategize and get the correct ghost type without dying. I haven't had this much fun playing in a long time.

Just wanted to say thanks to the Devs for adding this feature. I'm not much of a solo player and it's great doing challenges with my friends.

Flew out of Man to Dublin during the Easter break and took me hours to drop my bag off and another while to get through security. I'd say only half the passengers made it to the flight.

I'm really hoping I don't have to deal with that again this time, I haven't seen much news about it (on the Manchester side) so I'm hoping no news is good news.

Hi folks, I'm a geologist with a few years of experience under my belt. I've studied part of my bachelors in the USA and honestly loved it there. I've been hoping to go back one day and am trying to secure a US job. However, every time I check the box which says I require a visa to work I get the automatic rejection.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can get a foot into the US again?

I have a masters degree in environmental geology too and taking a few online courses in data science.

Hi all, I was looking at a job opening based in Colorado to get an idea what my salary would be if I transferred to the US. I checked on the interal job boards and then LinkedIn and could only see "Salary information unavailable."

I was led to believe that in Colorado that the salary had to be shown in a job posting or is there something I'm missing?

Hi all, have a question about a recent interaction I've had. I was buying a coffee and sandwich and I asked if they could use my app for points. I was told as I wasn't paying for the coffee with the app that they couldn't give me the points. I asked why as other Starbucks around the country (UK) let me do this and their response was that it's a franchise and they can't do this.

I found it odd as other places have let me scan for points only and pay using my debit card before. Is there a reason for this?

Sorry in advance if this is the hundredth time you've seen a post like this. I'm looking into expanding my understanding of python and was hoping if someone could recommend a good course? I'm currently an environmental geologist and looking to get out of the fieldwork into the technological side of the industry (currently on site 80% of the time it's wearing down my body and I actually prefer the technical side of the job).

I've been told by a few people in the field that knowing python would help me secure more desk based work. I dabbled in manipulating python code before to run hydrogeology calculations to the sites that I needed but was never able to write anything from scratch. I'm

Checking my portfolio every five minutes was a joke I frequently made here. However, since everything is in the red, I mean way in the red, I've decided to just delete my portfolio tracker. If this is affecting you and you don't plan to sell soon then I'd recommend you do the same.

My coins are taken off the exchanges and put into cold storage where I don't plan to touch then for a few years (except with the odd DCA payment - just money I can afford to lose).

Staring at red candles after months of green can mess with your head. Also makes you really realise what you can afford to lose.

I hope everyone is keeping well and safe.
