I am helping my department make some amendments to our current protocols for our medical director to, hopefully, sign off on. I am personally in charge of Hypertensice Emergencies/Urgencies.
Our current first line is NTG tabs followed by Labetalol. What further medications do you personal protocols call for?
What are you thoughts in using Labetalol vs metoprolol? Also what are you thoughts on the use of Stanozolol and its beneficial effects?
