Location: New Castle County, Delaware.

Have a neighbor who decided to put a partial privacy fence up(approx 15' worth inculding a gate)

. She asked if she could attach it to my fence. I told her I would sell her an easement since her fence post would be on my property. She declined and said she would move the post. She did not and connected her post directly to mine. Can I legally cut the screws holding her fence post to mine? Her fence will quite possibly fall down but at this point I don't care. She has proven to be a terrible neighbor, but that is another story.

So my neighbor (Location: New Castle County Delaware) decided she would construct a fence that connected to mine. She used her own post but installed it on my property. Am I within my rights to ask her to relocate that post on to her property? I think I am but just wanted to check before I ask her to move it.
